I can't say enough good things about Chris and Paige at Epic Investing. They helped my mom sell her house so she could move to Florida, and they made the entire process unbelievably easy for her. We met with several realtors and investors before them, and honestly, it was discouraging. Many gave lowball offers, showed up completely unprepared, or didn’t even handle their own business, instead calling someone else to ask what the offer should be. Chris and Paige were the complete opposite.
